Taco Bell - Portsmouth

I ordered from Deliveroo and my food arrived somewhere between cold and freezing. It was nearly 45 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. I tracked the driver's progress on the map and noticed that my food took a tour around Portsmouth. It was driven from the town center to the most northern part of Portsea Island, then through Stamshaw and back through Copnor to Southsea. The logistics were terrible, as it seemed like there were at least 4 other drops before mine. It was a shocking experience and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again unless they sort out these issues.

This was my first time ordering from here, and I was impressed. The delivery arrived before the estimated time, and the food was of very good quality. It was also good value for money. The delivery driver was polite and handed off the order safely. I will definitely consider ordering from here again.

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience in the Portsmouth restaurant today. Firstly I ordered a chalupa box and only received half of the order. Secondly we ate in and we had to clean the table which I was extremely uncomfortable with during the virus. Thirdly they put way to much source in my soft tacos when I ordered hard without source, the chips were likewarm. Lastly the toilets were absolutely disgusting and unclean which again is a health violation towards me and my family due to the pandemic. Wouldn’t come here again. Do NOT recommend!!!
