Subway - Portsmouth

We enjoy eating at Subway, but this particular location was probably one of the best we've ever been to. The café area had a small, large round table in the middle that could be replaced by smaller tables.

Front of the store where the tables and chairs are were messy and filthy and this was about so really have not had many customers at that time to make the mess!!! The young man behind the counter was pleasant. A young girl was...cleaning the seating area inside the store, walked outside looked and returned back inside and never once attempted to clear the outside seating area. After about minutes the young man that had served us came outside and cleaned it whilst she stood watching! Will think twice at returning unless the staff are trained at how to clean

Had a really nice sandwich not a place I usually eat now I'm wondering why I don't lol . Very reasonable for a quick snack

Visited with family, sub sandwiches, not much salad. cheese salad bowls...small sprinkling of cheese very poor, have had a lot better in other subway outlets. When mentioned to staff, not really bothered poor customer service!

My boy likes a subway, so when he felt peckish, we went to a sandwich in the gunwharf quays. good service, good food and the place was busy.
