Rock Salt - Portsmouth

I usually receive excellent service at this restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. I placed an online order at 6:15 pm and, after multiple phone calls, my food didn't arrive until 8:40 pm. I understand that they may get busy, but waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes for delivery is unacceptable.

I was very disappointed with the delivery service at this restaurant. They provided inaccurate delivery times and I felt deceived. I do not trust them and would recommend avoiding this place for delivery.

Worst delivery time ever , it would be quicker to build your own fish and chip shop,. Catch the fish yourself and still eat the food before rock salt delivers

"When we arrived at the restaurant, it was empty. However, it still took over 20 minutes for our dinner to be served because they were busy handling delivery orders. The quality of the food was subpar despite being freshly cooked. The prices were incredibly high, with 25 pounds for three fish and chips seeming unreasonable. The staff were friendly enough, but overall, improvements are needed."

I only ever get my family’s fish and chips from here. AMAZING food, PERFECT customer service. I would recommend rocksalt to everyone .
