Mangosteen - Portsmouth

Great to have a vast choice of plant-based dishes under one roof but for the prices being charged they need to be well executed, lavish indulgent, which they weren't. Drinks menu is also limited lacking variation, we gave feedback but the bill didn't really reflect it. Didn't feel like the team had any real ability to appease us on either the drinks or food front. Just hope they up their game to match the prices target ambience, as could be great.

Mangosteen is my favourite fruit and I discover that there's a fairly new vegetarian restaurant in my city called Mangosteen, so I had to try it out. The food was top quality and delicious, the apperence was beautiful, the fruit smoothie was sweet and refreshing, friendly staff, they even gave me a free complimentary small drink. highly recommend this restaurant. I will be visiting again some day.

This is a lovely new restaurant. The decor is good and the service is excellent and very welcoming. We were a mix of vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters who all loved the food. There is a good selection of cocktails and drinks. We will definitely be returning.

Big eating and a mostly vegan menu, I would like to see that the place full of vegan go I am not sure why it is not if any vegan food can eat, but vegans can not eat vegetarian! the pasta was amazing I think about it often haha. beautiful atmosphere and wonderful staff.

Happy that we came about this after we first saw it on happycow, then only look for something while they pass and end up by this mostly vegan restaurants. although we had no reservation, there were many sitting options. we enjoyed our appetizers and main thing. the menu offers a bit of everything; from burgers to thali, curry and pasta. friendly service. chic decor.
