I ordered and paid for my meal online, but after waiting for an hour and a half, nothing arrived. I called the restaurant and was informed that they didn’t have my order. I provided them with the confirmation number, but the person I spoke with was unhelpful and refused to take any action. There was no offer for a refund or any solution. When I expressed my frustration, he simply hung up on me.

Absolutely DISGUSTED! Waited over 2 and a half hours for our curry and when asked if we could have a discount for waiting so long we were SHOUTED AT and he threatened to take the food away. Disgusting place and disgusting behaviour NEVER again
