Went in no seats (C19 spacing) two staff on who said they would save us next table. Which they did. They were serving, cleaning tables and chairs working hard and keeping people safe. Great job lovely coffee in difficult circumstances. Staff who took pride and care in their work. View all feedback.

Just left this Costa had to wait ages then they got my order wrong where is the older lady she is so fast also a just eats guy came in and was waiting for his order and he put his bag on top of the suger etc stand don’t know where it has been Hygiene View all feedback.
Great customer service, super friendly staff however never any vegan options for cakes! There used to be a few, now you're lucky if there is a vegan tea cake which doesn't quite hit the spot when you've come for a slice of sugar heaven! Such a shame : other costa's always have 2 or 3 vegan options!

I have been here with my Miniature Dachshund on numerous occasions in the past. I have just been informed that dogs are NIT welcome!!!!! What shocking service. To add insult to injury, I have just been welcomed into Greggs instead. Why Costa?
I go to this costa alot with my baby for a coffee or to feed, and the staff are always so nice and helpful, offer to bring my coffee over if I'm feeding the baby. Would like to shout out fabulous customer service from Mia too (I think that's how you spell her name) She always comes across so personal and nice and also always happy.
My sister has a weak bladder and you wouldn't let her go for a wee and other shops wouldn't let her go either this is hoffic but you let me go to the toilet she's only 14 are you actually joking
