This review was for Thanksgiving Dinner. Food options were plenty, which was good. There are a lot of standard holiday options and other options as well. Dessert was definitely beat part with many pies and other things. The price was decent, especially compared to other restaurants, but still a lot considering it is a buffet. The dinner was in a giant ballroom, so ambiance is not that of the actual restaurant. Overal... View all feedback.

Went for Mother’s Day Brunch, they had a menu online with pricing …. Showed up and half the things were NOT there that were listed… inquired and they said they had no idea they had a menu online but would look into it … also there was a set price on their site for the brunch and when we received the bill it was 10$ MORE per person and they had LESS food View all feedback.
Excellent service. A bit overpriced, but that’s to be slightly expected with a restaurant affiliation with a hotel.
The food was delicious with great selections and the service was top notch. We will go there again for sure. Have already recommended to a friend.
A lunch of soup, salad dessert an tea for over $100. Is over-priced Chowder with tiny minced clams and very salty, no potatoes. Cob salad with lots of lettuce Small dinner roll with salad-extra $1.00 $4.50 each for small scoop of ice cream on deserts. Nancy Donovan
Good food and service. Restaurant is right next to the bar, which was loud. Menu online did not match the menu once we got there. They were also out of some menu items despite it not being very busy and still rather early.
This was their Christmas buffet. $60.00 per plate, plus 18% gratuity included and some other fee. The food was so bad. First, we did not know it was a buffet. Nothing on Open Table or on Sheraton website indicated that it was anything but regular restaurant reservations (which is what we wanted)…. And I looked all over the place for the info. Only menu that came up was the regular menu. Then we got there to find it was a buffet…. We had been to the Christmas buffet about 5-7 years ago. It was amazing. So, initially, we were pleased to find the buffet but I also knew it was going to be more expensive than we had planned on. We were so disappointed. To spend that kind of money and expect a good meal and be so grossed out by the food that you only get one plate at a buffet?!?!? Pretty big bummer for us. Even the coffee was awful. The turkey was so dry. The prime rib waaaaayyyy undercooked. Even the gentleman at the cutting station said so. The one thing that was okay that I ate were the carrots. The only thing my son said was okay was the pumpkin pie. My husband liked the shrimp but the oysters were terrible. The people that were there on Christmas were friendly but not overly which we are fine with. They are working on Christmas and we were grateful to them for doing so. We didn’t let it ruin on Christmas but it definitely stunk.
