John, the new General Manager, was a very kind gentleman. Employee Erron provided my fiancé and me with excellent customer service. The food was also delicious.

I wanted to call attention to Erim (apologies if I missed him). He was very knowledgeable, articulate, and incredibly professional. I was impressed by his demeanor, reliability, and professionalism. Thank you for taking care of me.

This subway location is the best! I make a point to go out of my way just to come here. Recently, I made the mistake of going to another location with consistently bad customer service and disorganization. It was empty in the middle of the day, unlike this eastern main location which is always bustling. The staff here are friendly and efficient, they made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. They provide excellent customer service and make delicious sandwiches. Plus, they even serve coffee and offer delivery services.

Friendly staff, ordered a chicken caesar wrap that was delicious, but they also serve pizza slices in a stand next to the sandwich counter, and I can't do it again at all. It was certainly not made this day, it tasted like a microwave disc old delivery pizza.
