Paradise Pizzeria Family - Portsmouth

Terrible waiter! I came here for lunch today and while I was ordering, the waiter was being extremely rude, rolling her eyes and snapping at me. I decided to pay for my drinks and go to another restaurant. I will not be returning here. Improve your customer service!

I am still here. My server was friendly. I ordered jalapeño poppers as an appetizer but received them with my main course. The broccoli soup had no broccoli, just flour. The ribeye was thin and mostly fat for $24.99. I also ordered fries and green beans with my meal but have not received the French fries yet. I may or may not return during the week to see if the experience improves.

I had a negative experience with this restaurant on July 29, 2024. The delivery was poor and the service was lacking. The food I ordered was half cooked and tough. I will not be ordering from them again or dining in at their establishment. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. This was my first and last time trying them.

Slow and very unattractive. Waited 35 minutes for food, never got checked on during meal, when was ready to leave. Had to wait another 30 minutes for waitress to bring a to go box. Never again

I prefer Gino’s. If there was an option for no stars I would click that. Food was greasy and terrible taste.
