Martindale Wharf - Portsmouth

Located right on the water offering beautiful views while you eat delicious food. I have been here many times and have never been disappointed. Great beer, cocktails and mocktails. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They do not do reservations unless you are a party of 6 or more. Recommend getting there early to get your name on the list. Promise it will be worth the wait.

Went here while a friend was in town. They ordered Cobb salad(house dressing similar to a blue cheese), very large bowl, lots of toppings. Next was a salmon but cute Sammy tons of flavor full slab of salmon with a side of fries(light crisp great flavor). Shrim ceviche and calamari for app. Shrimp ceviche had great flavor just hard to eat from a glass with a chip. The calamari was on point, they get it anywhere they can order it. I has fish and chips(fries). Flavor was good, 2 large pieces, however it’s just a bit too fried and too much breading than I like on my fish. Our waiter was super friendly and answered all our questions.

We went up to Portsmouth over night and had dinner at this delightful place. You walk down the stairs to a beautiful deck with stunning views right on the water. The bar looked amazing and the drinks were on point. We had the oysters for an appetizer. Very fresh. The rest of the food was out of this world. We got to watch the sun set while enjoying our dinner. The only down side like most restaurants is they are very busy and under staffed. We are definitely coming back next time we are up in Portsmouth!

We went in for a couple appetizers and drinks. The basil lemonade was to die for! We order the baked crab cakes and mussels. Good quality but not earth shattering flavor nothing worth returning for. Our toddler had chicken tenders and they were nice quality. The view was beautiful and Felicia was a fantastic server. Drinks took a long time so I think the restaurant may benefit from hiring an additional bartender.

A beautiful bar in the center of the restaurant. Friendly bartenders, great drinks, and the ocean view is fantastic. Can't wait till the deck opens!
