Hap's Famous Roast Beef Subs

The roast beef is incredible. If you happen to visit Haps be sure to try their 'three way ' mayo sauce and cheese on an onion roll with roast beef. Awesome.

It's odd that the the roast beef sandwich shop concept never seemed to catch on in NH as it has in MA. <br/ <br/ When most people see this type of place the automatically equate it to and Arby's, nothing could be further form the truth.<br/ <br/ I grew up in MA and there's plenty of these to choose from, I'll admit when I first went to Hap's I was concerned because the menu is large, so I wondered how much attention they would give to the roast beef preparation. <br/ <br/ I am happy to report that the sandwiches here are top notch. The roast beef is cooked to perfection. <br/ <br/ I always go with a med. w/sauce and a med. with cheese/ horseradish/ mayo. One is never enough....<br/ <br/ Like another reviewer (Consalvo), Hap's is in my Top 5 roast beef places, Bill and Bob's is in there and its great but a far ride if you're in NH. <br/ <br/ If you have yet to experience a roast beef sandwich from a <br/ place that specializes in them, then get on over to Hap's you don't know what you're missing.<br/ <br/ ...After writing this I find the need to go get one for lunch

Great subs. The roast beef is thinly sliced, packed onto the rolls, no gristle or fat. Absolutely delicious.

The largest super beef I've ever seen! Meat was cooked perfectly and sauce was good. Definitely recommend this place! The prices were super reasonable

New ownership has stepped up their game. Been going here since the first owner on day one. OMG! Its so good now. That never happens. Great job! Be back soon.
