Dunkin' - Portsmouth

The orders are never accurate and the drive-thru is consistently slow, even when there are only a few cars. I truly wish there was a better dining choice near me.

I live a block away and would rather drive 10 min to another location. The cold brew always tastes like dirt. I'm not sure how they can ruin it, but it never tastes like other locations. I've given this location too many opportunities. I understand staffshortages cause you to open and close at weird hours but when your drinks don't taste the same as other locations, that's whenyou have a real problem

Please simply close off the entrance when the restaurant is closed, which seems to be more frequent than not, so that people don't approach the drive-thru only to see cones blocking the way. The hours of operation should be clearly stated as 7-7:06am. Overall, the restaurant has a modern and stylish appearance.

Pretty hit or miss. The drive through is often backed up and you usually can't order inside (though you can order in advance on the app and pick it up at the door). The food/drinks vary wildly from pretty good to fine to sometimes nasty. I mostly gobecause it's in a good location and it gives me an excuse to go on a walk in the morning for iced coffee, not because theiroptions are particularly cheap or great (Aroma Joe's is way better). At the time of writing the location is closed due toconstruction, hopefully it'll reopen with more staff.

This restaurant only offers drive-through service, with no option for indoor ordering, seating, or restroom access. All businesses in the area are operating without restrictions, and face masks are no longer required. Don't use Covid as an excuse to be lazy anymore. I decided to leave and go to White Heron Tea Coffee, located just four buildings down the road. I ordered a tea and cookie, used the restroom, and enjoyed working on my laptop in a very pleasant environment.
