As for the food, it was fresh and definitely worth it. I had the seafood cake, which was excellent, and my wife and daughter enjoyed the seafood chowder, raving about its quality. Our 6-year-old son had fish fingers, peas, and chips, and he devoured everything! We will definitely return the next time we’re in Portree.
My absolute favorite restaurant during my travels across Scotland! It has a fun atmosphere with charming, humorous signs, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is delicious, and I would definitely return. I highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Portree!
I had a fantastic dining experience with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I tried haggis for the first time, and it had a unique flavor that reminded me of something pleasantly intriguing. I highly recommend the mackerel and the fish soup—both were simply delicious with a nice kick of spice.
Very helpful. our house is broken and we were drawn to porteias. despite everything that was completely booked, they found us a place to stay for the night. all men were great and made great efforts. we appreciate everything they did.
