We stayed at Le Occare (it is an Agritourismo with 4 rooms as well as a restaurant) for two nights as part of a cycling tour. We were made most welcome by the remarkable Christina who spends he time constantly cooking. Everything is freshly made from ingredients generally sourced from the farm. When we arrived she was making an astonishing crab-apple jam... which found its way into a melt in the mouth tart. Each meal was prepared to an intricately high standard and processions of small but perfectly made dishes were delivered to the table in a fashion that almost made the experience ceremonial. An oasis of peace and civilisation!
Luogo meraviglioso, cibo delizioso, un menu molto speciale e una cantina con vini biologici. I proprietari sono due persone meravigliose.
Mio marito e io abbiamo cenato alla Fattoria Ocking. È stata una serata magnifica. La posizione era splendida, la mise en place era perfetta, la cortesia dei proprietari e la cena erano sublime, a base di caviale di storione e tartufo. Da non perdere!
