Cristallo - PORTO TORRES

For four cola's we paid 2,40 service costs. We did not get anything in addition. A discussion at the counter did not help.

Looking from outside you think it is a great place. Live music was just noise around, service was not engaging and mechanic. Once ordered our drinks, no more trace of servers. The staff looked bored and not bothered to be there. Fortunately the coffee cream was good. Our group with empty glasses for half hour and no one came and ask for a second one. Had to stand up for a glass of water as well. Not standing out from the crowd over all, despite the great location. Not coming again.

I spent 3 days in Porto Torres and this place was totally the best I’ve tried. Every early morning I had a great coffee served with a smile and all the staff, even though the place was always busy were lovely, attentive and very helpful and patient with my non existent Italian Pistachio and chocolate croissants are top and the savoury food was great choice for me to take away on my trips. It’s got an atmosphere and great vibe with all the locals and visitors. Thanks so much to all the lovely staff, really enjoyed every visit.

The food was ok but nothing special. Calmars weren't freshly phished. Waiters were very kind but the owner was creating unpleasent atmosphere, making comments to waiters all the time and overall very expansive. We received different dish than we ordered but charged as per initial order. The price difference was nothing, but overall experience wasn't good due to owners bahavior.

Courtesy and kindness are the pillars of this renowned pastry bar.. and regulations have been widely respected. The cappuccino was great.
