The food can have a pass on the empanada and the peppers. But you have nowhere to see prices, they sing the dishes to you and you have to ask for prices. Nowadays something like that is not understood. For the amount they put it is expensive, in Galicia we have had better experiences. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Unfortunate, we have been for dinner and we have had to wait a long time (about an hour to order food and drink), we approached the bar to facilitate the work of the waitress and the only thing we got was a bad answer and a bad face from one of the waitresses with glasses, from there bad manners and we could not order more drinks, to which we must add that we left without being given one of the rations. Both the attention and the food were 10. After trying all over Porto do Son, they served us after 3:30 p.m. and it was totally worth it. A crime to leave there without trying the homemade cheesecake. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I must point out that we were disappointed in several aspects. Unfortunately we found the service to be lacking in the friendliness one expects in an establishment of this type. Also, the excessively slow service was noticeable and negatively affected our experience. It caught our attention that, despite having requested individual rations, some of them were brought shared, which caused some discomfort. Also, the portions were not only limited, but some of them were not well prepared and turned out to be disappointing in terms of taste and quality. One aspect that we found not very successful was the way in which the chickpeas were served, outside the kitchen, which contributed to the feeling of lack of hygiene and organization. The absence of cutlery was also conspicuous and affected the comfort of our meal. In short, our visit to Restaurante Bar Eugenio left a lot to be desired. We believe that there are several aspects that should be reviewed and improved in order to recommend this place to other diners. We hope that the establishment will take these observations into account and make significant changes in its service and quality to provide a more satisfying experience in the future.
