Wife and I had a delightful Valentine's Day dinner. The staff was pleasant and the food was perfect. They were busy as expected.

We had a reservation for Valentine's Day. We sat after a slight waiting. We placed our order and brought our drinks to the table. We sat for an hour. No one has offered us additional drinks or even bread. We never got cutlery. When we inquired where our food was, there were a few tickets before us. We have a 5 year old daughter who was very hungry at this point. We paid our drinks and went.

They served my wife for the wrong food and didn't apologize for it.

The food is great! Not even a joke. It's great! Service if friendly but not without problems I never saw a manager in service. If there was one, they didn't find us or greet us. You need better bartenders because my old fashion wasn't done right. No feedback from waiters or managers after dinner was sent back because of some menu confusion. The menu needs better descriptions. The salmon salad is actually an Asian salmon salad. There is no mention of how the salmon is served, so the confusion was. The scallop salad also has no description of what kind of scallops or how they are prepared. The ambience is cold and uncongruent. The arcs in the beam side are hard and too bright. No lights over tables. I'm in the restaurant business and I live nearby so I want it to thrive and grow. I'll keep eating here.
