I live in porto and the restaurant is in a central location. the restaurant is very modern, functional and quiet. i have been there last year for lunch and had... read more I live in porto and the restaurant is in a central location. the restaurant is very modern, functional and quiet. i have been there last year for lunch and had invited friends. and the lunch was fantastic. and it was, well understood, a two course lunch incl small amuse bouche (the lunch menu). beautiful first course and beautiful second course. both a sight for the eye, very good, and small portions, absolutely satisfying. and very attentive service! this time i was on my own. service slow and unorganized. finished the two course lunch! now they offer you a small bun and a kind of a fish paste. then the daily platter, which was this day a sort of imitation piccata milanese, but made with turkey and the panure without cheese, plus spaghetti with a few small tomatoe pieces, no salad. and that was it! well... la grande desillusion...

The waiters were trying very hard to please, suggesting the dishes, explaining everything, refilling the glasses in time and doing everything so that we would enjoy our evening. My husband had a nice and filling vegetable soup. For the main course we both ate fish, which was delicious and cooked very fast. For dessert the waiter suggested us to try their homemade ice-cream (pear and fig), he brought it for us in small plates to try for free. The ice-cream tasted like real fruit! I don't remember exactly what I ate for dessert after, but it was also great. Recommended for all!

Nicely decorated, very friendly staff and a tasteful menu with reasonable prices will definitely encourage you to return.
