The entrées were both delicious and creative, and the wine pairing complemented the dishes very well, adding an interesting layer to the meal. Unfortunately, the main courses did not meet the same standard. The fish lacked depth and complexity, and the meat dish was not enjoyable to the point of being inedible. The pre-dessert and dessert helped recover some of the experience, offering fresh, well-balanced flavors that were pleasant and palate-cleansing. However, the most disappointing aspect of the evening was how feedback was handled. After we shared our concerns, the situation escalated in a highly unprofessional and uncomfortable way. The chef and a waitress (his wife) were rude, raised their voices, and the interaction became confrontational, including being threatened with a fight outside. We were ultimately asked to leave. It is also important to note that we had no hesitation in paying our bill in full, despite the experience. Overall, while there are clear strengths in the kitchen, the handling of customer feedback significantly impacted the experience and overshadowed the meal. We sat a the Captains Table and besides being dazzled by the chef and assistants at the grill our food and wine were amazing. We highly recommend at least one meal at this remarkable restaurant.

A... read more The service staff were amazing and the wine was good but the food was not worthy of a Michelin star. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a memorable meal. Also, the smell in the restaurant is amazing but your clothes will smell like burning wood VERY strongly when you leave.
