The atm... read more Had a really great time at Café do Cais. The setting is super cool — sitting by the Ribeira with the river view makes the whole experience feel special. The atmosphere is lively but still relaxed, and it’s such a nice place to enjoy a meal and take in Porto. The food was good, the staff were friendly, and overall I had a blast there. Prices are a bit on the expensive side, but that’s understandable considering it’s a very touristy area and the location is honestly worth it. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for the experience and the view. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €20–25

When... read more Greeted nicely at the door, seated in a nice spot. Then had to wait 10 minutes whilst the waitress gave her facebook details to a couple that were leaving. When the waitress did come to us she was rude but I just thought that 's fine I am sure the food is nice. (after all the guy greeting us seemed so nice) food arrived fairly quickly. I had ordered a well done steak, no blood. The steak arrived, first few bites were very tasty but then I got to the middle and it was bright pink and very **** and just so fatty and stringy. I tried to get the attention of any of the waitress but the restaurant had gotten busy by this point and whilst they responded to me calling it was always be with you in one moment I finished the chips left the steak. When it was time to go I went to the til and complained about the steak. Told I was wrong, got moaned at a bit but then the steaks were taken off the bill. This restaurant was in a great location with great views but maybe just stop here for drinks or light bites.
