My special thanks go to Yuri, who accompanied us throughout the evening. She is an incredibly pleasant and friendly person who handles her work with professionalism. When she told us that she is only 21 years old, I was surprised! Not because she looks old – she very much looks like a beautiful young lady – but because her demeanor is so mature and confident. I am very impressed by her and her skills, and I am certain that she is a great asset to this restaurant.

Blind was in our hotel and we felt we had to try it in order to push our limits on what we ate. The dinner did not disappoint, we opted for the 10 moment menu with wine pairing. It's much more than dinner, it's an event you will remember long after it's over.

From a one bite explosion of flavors in your mouth, to brushing your teeth with a lemon flavor toothpaste to clean your palette before the next course. Everything was fantastic. At one point, a blindfold was placed in front of us and we were asked to tie it around our eyes for the next course. A bowel was placed in front of us and we all tried to guess the ingredients of the dish. It was a balsamic reduction with a quail egg, potato purée, and mushrooms. All the dishes, fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The room we sat in, was filled with wine bottles behind glass cabinets, and there was a single long stem red rose hanging from the ceiling upside down. over the table. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
