My man and I felt like we were eating with our family and friends. fernando greeted us at the door and in a few minutes we were served a baked, covered appetize... read more My man and I felt like we were eating with our family and friends. fernando greeted us at the door and in a few minutes we were served a baked, covered appetizer, water and a very beautiful white wine. we both ordered the famous oktopus and it was not disappointed! the portion was generous and the otopus was tender and tasteful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The atmosphere is as unique as the owner and his family and friends run teh restaurant as if you are in their home. Instant Camaraderie among the guests who sit tight yet at different tables. One of our group, which Tonight even commented, really makes me realize what we lost at Covid Lockdowns. There is a feeling of community and joy that you can only experience in such an environment. I am not sure if I return for food, friendship or ambience, but every time I have a visitor to Porto, I am sure we visit Fernando and friends, aka Almada 331.
