My visit on Saturday to Plushh Sports Bar Lounge was an interesting one. We entered the establishment via a few flights of stairs and got taken back by the ambiance which was very spacious. There was a handful of guest seated as well as the two special event area was occupied with reservations. To keep my review short, the wait time could be better, if I didn't have someone or an amenity to distract me. The customer service was ok in every sense of the word, I guess my hostess at the time had jitters why she contradict herself a few occasions. Food was delicious, which was recommended by my hostess as well as the drink option I chose was complimenting the flavors.
Chaemoi was awesome she made me choose the best drinks and entrees.
My crew had a small issue with 1 member of staff, I'd recommend customer service training. Other than that, the food was really good.
