Diners report underwhelming pho, often described as lacking freshness, with clumped noodles and questionable broth quality. However, standout dishes such as the meat bahn mi and vegan curry receive praise for their flavors and freshness. Others enjoyed the vibrant spring rolls and flavorful vermicelli bowls. Service issues mar the experience, including long wait times and inattentive staff, diminishing the overall enjoyment. While some find culinary gems here, others leave disappointed, suggesting this spot may not live up to the hype surrounding Portland's Vietnamese food scene.
This little gem has listed several vegan options on the menu. I had the vegan vermicelli bowl with “BBQ Tork” and it was quite delicious. loaded with noodles and vegetables.
Several good vegan options, but not particularly inspired
I liked my banh mi here, defending one of better vegans I had in portland. they originally advertised as vegan, so a little disappointed they serve meat. it's a bit confusing.
We had a wonderful dining experience at XinhXinh tonight. The menu is full of delicious flavors.
We spent over 2 hours at the restaurant. Our appetizer arrived before our soup. We didn't think the quality of the food justified the nearly $100 bill. Customers who arrived before us received their food after we had finished. Our ice cream was served melted on the plate. The waitress had a condescending response when other customers inquired about their meals. We were very disappointed, especially since it was meant to be a Valentine's Day dinner.
