What User doesn't like about Von Ebert Brewing East:
all about great experience. the one mistake was the paperless ordering service was a miraculous multiple at our table had items on separate tabs that belonged to the other tabs. we worked it out at the end, but first confusing. they explained that the system is somehow new, and they had not worked out the bugs and made every server as deep familiar as they needed to. it takes time. I booked my reservation thru Open Table. I got a confirmation. If I ignored the perpetrators, I fainted. THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED!
Show up for my noon reservation and the doors were locked. Tried to call but when to a voice mail box that was full.
The hostess was quite rude and informed us that she did not have a reservation for us and that the restaurant was closing early that night so we couldn’t sit in the dining room. It all worked out because there was plenty of seating in the bar and the bartender was much more pleasant to deal with.
It’s fun, lively and well organized with plenty of people helping out with our large group. The service was fast even though the place was packed. Highly recommend this place.
Great place to chill nd great food , loved this sandwich cubano , deff will go back and have this again. Kuddos to the chef!!!Food: 5/5
