What Steven Michael doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I raised concerns about the incorrect menu prices and inconsistent communication at the drive-through, but I never received a satisfactory explanation for their misleading advertising or even a verbal apology. This location located next to the airport says online they are open to 0300PST BUT looked closed due to the lack of signage stating if they are open (I didn’t assume they are doing construction or have any outages . It wouldn’t be hard for them to have a LED sign or some notification, not a blacked out store with the menu lights off. Besides getting around that “atmosphere” at 0100PST for a overseas incoming flight, the drive through staff was very nice. I’d just plan on grabbing ANYthing else in that area where I don’t have to wonder about safety or availability. (Shari’s, Denny’s, or the other Taco Bell 3 miles down the road on 82nd., anywhere but there.
Do not ever come here if you value your time or sanity.Worst parking lot, terrible management of the online app. App says to go thru drive thru but when you get to the drive thru there is a sign to come inside. Also it’s THEE most crowded parking lot with very few exits or entrances. It’s too bad because the food is ok and the workers are nice enough
Would leave negative stars if allowed. Ordered food tbeu the app. App told me food was ready for pickup... sat in their lobby for 25 minutes and they couldn't find my order but had my drinks ready...
DMV was faster and crunch wrap was smaller than normal.
The person in front of us had to have their order remade because someone apparently took it by mistake. The girl at the counter never called his name, so he didn't realize it was ready for pickup. When we finally got our crunchwraps, they tasted stale. The tostada was particularly off, but overall, everything had a musty, stale flavor. I can't emphasize enough how disappointing this location was. I'm also concerned about the cleanliness of their cooking practices.
