Taco Bell - Portland

I had a fantastic experience at this Taco Bell. The service was impressively quick, the staff were friendly, and the food was well-prepared, especially when compared to other Taco Bells. When you look at it against the only other drive-thru fast food option in Molalla, McDonald's, Taco Bell is much faster. I've never had my order wrong or items missing, and I’ve never been asked to pull forward and wait, even with larger and more complicated orders. It’s quick, tasty, and affordable, and their online hours are accurate. This is a sharp contrast to the McDonald's in Molalla, which claims to be 'open 24 hours' but has been closing at 11 PM for over a year. I would definitely order a Crunch Wrap again – a perfect 10/10!

This Taco Bell is quite typical of the chain. However, their online ordering system seems to be down quite often. On the bright side, the drive-thru service is usually pretty fast. During our last visit, they had run out of mild sauce, but we weren’t informed about it nor asked if we wanted any alternatives. When we got home, we found a note saying they had replaced it with extra of the other sauces, mainly the Diablo sauce, which is the hottest option. Unfortunately, these sauces cater to different tastes, and mild is for those who don’t do well with spicy flavors. A better substitute would have been the next level up in heat, or at the very least, they should have let us know about the change when we picked up our order.

The manager, Dylan, truly exceeded our expectations. We placed an online order, but it was missing a menu item that was available at the time. When I called, Dylan picked up the phone and ensured that the item was added to our order. The customer service was exceptional, and our experience at Taco Bell was simply fantastic. No one can beat Taco Bell when it comes to tacos!
