Starbucks - Portland

Nice people working here. I’ve been here every morning this week and every day they only play Pearl Jam. If you like Pearl Jam I recommend this place. I’m going to find a different coffee shop to go to.

This is my favorite location ever, anywhere. The staff are so nice, friendly and funny. When it's sunny the whole cafe lights up, beautiful big windows. Definitely the best Bux.

My drink was not quite right.... I had a Chai latte that was weak. The barista added a shot of chai and it was perfect! Most of all, she was so pleasant about it! This crew made my day

This Starbucks has been around for quite some time and is usually bustling with customers when I visit. One thing I wish could be improved—though it's not Starbucks' fault at all—is the parking lot's layout. It would be much easier if there were a single entrance and exit for the lot. Since this Starbucks is ideally situated at the intersection of two busy streets, traffic can become congested as people wait to either enter or leave. Some drivers may get impatient and opt to find a drive-thru elsewhere. However, I've never had an issue with my orders, and the staff has always been friendly and efficient. Over time, they get to know your name and your preferences, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Exceptional service! I accidentally left my purse on the back of a chair, and the manager noticed it right away. She promptly picked it up and placed it behind the counter for safekeeping after I left. When I called to inquire about it, they had my purse ready! The manager even recognized me and handed it over immediately. I'm incredibly grateful! Thank you so much! Plus, the coffee is fantastic!
