great place that is a small jewel in portland. the staff is friendly and helpful. menu is fairly concentrated, but if they do not go after the wings they should probably go to the original pok pok. wings were great when Australians weren't like everything I had before. I've got them sharp and they're not too hot. Do they try the pork chop while they are there? it's fantastic. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pok Pok Wing:
another filiale of the famous Thai restaurants. this is more of a fast eating 'in and out' feel. Although they had a good number of people in it, I thought the time they needed to transfer the food was a little more (as 15 min.) I had the Tofu wings special half order of tofu fried wings, papaya salat and sticky rice. that was in order. but a bit expensive (over $12) for the court and it was 't to die for. no worse p... Quick and clean. Possibly a longer wait time around dinner hours. Not sure what it is but the wings are a bit of a let down compared to the original restaurant recipe. Flavour does not seem as complex and much smaller in size so the lower price is a wash compared to the amount of food received. Papaya salad is just as good. Get the Ike?s Wing Special, it gives you a bit of everything. Great in a pinch but the original is the place to be.

This is another branch of the well-known Thai restaurant chain, and it has more of a fast-casual vibe, perfect for a quick meal. Although there were quite a few customers, I felt the wait time for my food was a bit longer than expected—around 15 minutes. I ordered the special half portion of tofu wings, along with papaya salad and sticky rice. While the food was decent, I found it a bit pricey at over $12 for that dish, and it wasn't anything to write home about. It’s not the worst spot for a quick bite, but if you're a vegetarian like me, your options here are quite limited.
Thai food is absolutely delightful! The flavors are incredibly satisfying. This restaurant has a lovely design that reminds me of a place I used to enjoy in Philadelphia.
This place is a hidden gem in Portland. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The menu is quite focused, so if you're not specifically looking for wings, you might want to check out the original Pok Pok instead. The wings were fantastic, and as an Australian, they were unlike anything I had tried before. I ordered them spicy, and they were actually not too hot. Don't miss out on the pork bun while you're there—it's simply amazing!
