Nice non-pretentious cafe on Foster. My coffee was pretty good but I didn't feel there was a strong cardamom or vanilla flavor for my taste. The sandwiches are good and they had hot sauce available. I would try a different coffee next time maybe the chai. The service was good and had tables and booths to sit at and no wait when we were there. The muffin is legit like rhubarb and berry. What Emily Luttrell doesn't like about Pieper Cafe:
First impression: It's a cute cafe, good seating options, friendly staff. The floor is very grubby and sticky, looks like it hasn't been mopped in several weeks. My mocha tasted burnt. The panini was pretty good, but I'm not super fond of panini, so I'm not the best judge there. There's a lot of potential here, if they could just pay more attention to the floor it would be adorable. Lovely brunch place. Warm, filling food that feels good in the tummy. Perfect for a rainy day.

These are the best fries I've ever had! They have a slight resemblance to curly fries. Absolutely genius!
