Perhaps the stars aligned for us, but our experience at this restaurant was fantastic. When we arrived around 2 PM, the parking lot was clean and nearly empty. What Eric F doesn't like about Kfc:
The food was cold and tasted stale. The chicken was greasy and soggy, and the soda was just sparkling water because they don't know how to refill the syrup. It was a waste of both money and time. I will never order from this KFC again. View all feedback.
I ordered online and when I got my food it was cold. I live 5 minutes or less from this location so there is no excuse as to why my food should not be warm when it gets to me. I ordered a chicken pot pie meal that is supposed to come with a cookie, but did not. This is not the first or second or third time that I have not received a cookie from this place. If they are out they need to start specifying so your customers dont get upset. I also am upset that my chicken sandwich only came with two pickles as it covers a measly bite of the sandwich. I highy suggest finding a different place to eat or at least a different KFC.
I was disappointed to find that my order didn’t include the KFC sauce I requested. I checked both bags, but there was no sauce in either one. I really enjoy the KFC sauce and always use it for my fries. If they were out of it, I wish I had been informed. On a side note, the Pepsi seemed to need a bit more syrup. Everything else was satisfactory; the fries were decent even without the sauce, and the sandwich was good too.

I visited the restaurant on a Friday night at 7:45 PM, and they were out of all chicken pieces. Instead, they provided some terrible, old chicken tenders that had barely any chicken in them, along with warm, dried-out coleslaw and a biscuit that felt like a rock. Thanks a lot, KFC. This experience was disappointing. I'd like to clarify that the delivery driver was not at fault.

When we requested ketchup, they generously provided us with plenty. This was likely the best experience we've ever had at a KFC.
