I usually don't order an eggnog o... read more Java rising has some of the best espresso drinks in Portland. Amy makes most of the ingredients added to the espresso by hand. I usually don't order an eggnog or pumpkin espresso. Amy's were delicious. I had more then one. I usually go once a week. I definitely do not agree with the comment that they do not take the business seriously. The baked goods are delicious. I do not frequent any other coffee shop when I am downtown. I believe in supporting Portland's local and small business. Amy, her son and the other baristas are incredibly polite and greet you with a smile. I have been treated so kind that i consider Amy as a friend. Be sure to stop by when you want a drink, baked goods or anything on the menu. You will enjoy your visit.
