It's located in the ground floor lobby of an apartment complex, and they share a clean bathroom. There’s seating available, though it’s somewhat limited, but it should be adequate. The coffee tastes fantastic, and they also offer a selection of snacks to complement it. The prices are quite reasonable too. I can definitely see myself spending some quiet time here, whether I'm working or reading. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a quick takeaway or a place to sit and unwind with your coffee.
