Coffee By Design - Portland

Nice coffee place with a boho vibe and decor but seating is limited. My cappucino was very good.

We happened to visit by chance and ordered 2 small iced lattes hands down the smoothest lattes we’ve ever had. I usually sweeten, but this was so impeccably made and rich that I didn’t feel the need to!

Very busy mid-morning. It's a small place so it's a bit crowded waiting in line there were a few nice seats and we got the best in the house. Breakfast sandwich was very good coffee was good I'm not a connoisseur so truth be told everyone else likes it so I can't all be wrong cuz if they were all jumping off the Golden gate bridge would I do it too? Edited by myself in an afterthought. Yes there was a line I mentioned yet I had not considered covid and potentially lack of staff and just being up and running for in person service inside the physical location and that would account for any large line other than the fact that everyone loves it and there's a reason it's good!

The person with the black hair( I think her name is Jillian , always makes me feel so welcomed! Super kind and sweet whenever me or my friends come in. :

The coffee here is smooth, delicious, and well balanced, with none of the burnt flavor you might find at a major national chain. The staff is fast and friendly, and the outdoor seating is casual and relaxing. Their oat milk latte is the best I've had in Maine.
