There was minimal wait time since they began preparing the drink right after I placed my order. The atmosphere was pleasant, and there was a nice area to sit comfortably while enjoying my drink. The staff were incredibly friendly; they welcomed us warmly, offered suggestions, and even checked in to see if we wanted more honey lavender added to our beverage.
