I was hoping this place would be good. Disappointed in both the food and service. After 5 minutes of being ignored I asked if they were open. No line at all. This was at 12:30 pm on a Thursday. He kept asking what I wanted and after finally getting the order down said it would be 15 min. Wowza!!! Caspian Kabob makes some scrumptious food!! Their meat is by far one of the best Mediterranean food in the area. Hgihly recommend the Kubideh (Lamb/Beef) kabob it was AMAZING. I do wish they had a bit more food for each dish, but it was still a good portion and worth it. They were very fast (we did come at a slower time) which is always the best! Thank you Caspian Kabob!
Best kabob in town! Must try! We used to get Caspian Kabob back in the day when it was a food cart, run by Victor, rain or shine! So happy to see them grow into a fast casual physical location here in Beaverton, and the heart soul of the place remains. The food quality is as great as it always was. We always get the kubideh kabob with rice and/or salad. I also like the hot tea.
I've been a fan of Caspian Kabobs since they were a food truck downtown. Their new brick and mortar is their best iteration yet. The kubideh kabob was delicious, and I highly recommend starting with some Persian tea.
