Mokka Cafe - Portimão

The young woman was without any positive belonging. she didn't even give our coffee a hauch of smile and no eye contact. the only thing she had in full was body odour. the caffe itself is perfectly beautiful, but. without decent staff it is a place to avoid.

I myself and 2 friends went here on vacation, which was not cleaned table, we sat for 40 minutes before we saw in which time new people had arrived and had taken their orders, which were not written on the order, got a drink wrong, forget. another and as the waffels they came, where hardly warm, and an additional $3ish than the waffel with nutella, to have broken half a bueno bar to have the attention, it was not until 30 minutes later I went up, said I would not oh for eating, but would drink for the two (one that was anyway wrong) the women nodded and we left. terrible.

Small nice place for a coffee or cake and regarding cake they claim they do serve the best chocolate cake in the world and I have to admit its absolutely true ! but what I improve is service, girl behind the counter give an impression...she hates her job and people. Very unprofessional and impolite waitresses. Always with a long face I came 4 times to have drinks and coffee because it was close to my hotel) they didn’t understand English nor Spanish and didn’t bother either. I was there today at 10 am ...open hour) they were cleaning and in an angry tone they said “ come back within 20 min” EL SERVICIO ES MUY MALO EN ESTE CAFE. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, VOLVI MUCHAS VECES ACA PORQUE PODIA ENCHUFAR MI TELEFONO AFUERA Y ESTABA MUY CERCA DE MI HOTEL.

Poor service. waited old for drinks and desserts that were nothing when they were described.
