I saw worst place in alvor' and had to disagree with what looks like a time, week tourist who had a bad day.We've been here for years. The same family own a number of businesses even on the same street and in Lagos. They are lovely hard working people and very careful with the staff they recruit Have a bit of patience ffs View all feedback.

Absolute rip off! €20 for a double gin and tonic. My daughter made the mistake of ordering a double, not realising they are larger measures, when we questioned the price, we were told that you get charged for what you ask for. Avoid. View all feedback.
Love this bar/restaurant when in Alvor. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make the experience so good. Food is beautiful too (Try the Marafadas potato chips) and great place to watch all different kinds of sports. Highly recommended and dog friendly as well. Sparky loves it and the staff
Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Everything about it is great. I got the teriyaki burger and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. Delicious flavour and the fries were perfect too. The garlic mayo finished it off nicely. The service was fantastic and the staff are really attentive and friendly. Reasonable prices too. I can't wait to go back!
Beer Co in Alvor is a fantastic spot for beer enthusiasts and night owls alike. Their American Pale Ale is a standout, offering a crisp, refreshing taste that’s perfect for unwinding. The staff are exceptionally friendly and make you feel right at home, contributing to a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The venue is ideal for a late-night outing, as they stay open until 3am, giving you plenty of time to enjoy their excellent selection of beers. Overall, it's a great place to kick back and have a good time in Alvor. Highly recommended!

We've been coming to Beer Co each year since they opened. Originally Luis was the bartender and was always very friendly and welcoming. He left after 2-3 years and other people have come and gone, but they've always been friendly. We like to sit at the bar and chat with the bartender. This year the first evening we went in, the bartender was friendly. However, the 2nd evening we went in the bartender and one of the waiters asked us to sit at a table instead of at the bar! It was like we were an inconvenience for them. When we said we like sitting at the bar, it didn't seem to matter. Guess the friendly customer service we enjoyed has gone, and so have we! Too bad.
