Evergreen Valley Chinese in tonyrefil you are absolutely shocking, last night we ordered Chinese to the sum of £115, our delivery come minus one dish, I rang and spoke to the phone girl/lady who was helpful, the lady in the background not so helpful, screaming like a mad woman telling the phone girl to tell me to check, I was dishing up for our Sunday family night, I told her it wasn’t here and I wasn’t gonna lie about a £7 dish after paying £115, the phone girl didn’t know what to do the mad woman still screaming in the back ground, I told her I want my money back for the dish otherwise the food would be scrapped in the two boxes it come in and sent back like that, phone girl intervened and asked if she could ring me back, sure fine, 10 mins later gets a txt to say that she would drop money up today for it, guess what no money and no **** crispy beef, so not impressed, I know money is tight for businesses and people do try it on, but for gods sake money is tight for everyone, if you pay for it u expect to have it, il never use your takeaway again, lady who was screaming you are rude have no patience and definitely no customer service skills, and tbh you wouldn’t talk to me like you talked to your phone girl because I’d have smacked you straight in the mouth, disgusting behaviour Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £100+
