I tried Kitchen Sink for the first time during the Brooklyn Arts district margarita crawl. Their mango margarita special was delicious and not too sweet! The sweet and savory sandwich on a croissant and fries were both tasty as well, though the total cost for just the sandwich and fries was about $20, which felt steep for lunch. The layout was also strange with a small bar immediately on your left when you walk in an... View all feedback.
What Jessie NC doesn't like about The Kitchen Sink:
The food was pretty good. Nothing crazy out of the ordinary where I'd tell all of my friends to go here. But solid food. The atmosphere sucked. The seating was tiny and they had serve yourself style which is fine but the tables were gross. I was excited to hear they had beef on wick and it was just ok. The price was way too high sandwich $15.50 Fries 5.50 and bottle of water was 4.50. $50.00 for two for lunch is crazy. I won't go back.
This will be my third time here and always a rip off for carry out.I ordered a soup bowl and was told it was two for the price of one and a turkey sandwich and a soup came to 27.00 dollars. When I picked it up the soup for 12 dollars was in a container that held 4 tablespoons of soup for 12 dollars.I had requested a bowl and saw a bowl going to a table that was huge so you are just getting ripped off with take out.Sorry but we have a airbnb accross the road but we will be strongly discouraging our guests to come here as it is a rip off.
A great brunch experience! Staff made use feel at home, and the food was phenomenal. When you go, you must get the hoop cheese biscuits. The mimosa flight and old fashioned were extraordinary. We will make this a regular date for us.
Wanted to try a restaurant that we have not been to before and support a local business, and we did. It was a little loud for us.
