Port City Java - Porters Neck

Came today to get a freeze , called it a frappe at first and the 2 employees said “we don’t have those” then I corrected my self and said a freeze and told me the blender wasn’t working. I was like ok thank you in a nice way and left. This was my favorite pcj store but I’m not coming back anymore.

When I go to the drive-thru a girl hands me the credit card pad. This doesn't happen at any other location. I find this very rude.

Just came here before my drive back to Charlotte and loved it! The service was fast and friendly. The iced black and tan was delicious! Keep up the awesome service! Will definitely be back whenever I am visiting again.

I absolutely love this location! These girls are on point, always! They are kind and personable. Our daughter loves to go inside and see everyone. The coffee is always the way we expect and there's always a great vibe from the employees! The employees at this location are the reason me and so many other friends and family have become regular loyal pcj'ers! Thank you gals for always starting our mornings off right! Kid-friendliness: Very kind, respectful, and understanding towards my little girl. She absolutely loves everyone there!
