Cook Out/taco Roos - Porters Neck

I have to say that with all the build up to this place opening, I was really just anticipating something a lot more exciting. It's tacos and a lot of stuff from the main menu like what you would find at any other burger place. There is also coffee. It's clean. The staff are following Covid protocols. And the wait is not nearly as long as if you go down the block, so there's that. And they have a couple other things that the other menu doesn't have.

Very upset. I ordered a full price cookout milkshake it was given to me in a tiny, pink kids cup.

I ordered three trays and only received two. The reason I didn 't get the third is because I grabbed it the wrong way I was thoroughly confused and still don 't understand why I didn 't receive my third order. The woman that didn 't give me the third tray told me to give her my card back so that she can give me my money back bc she wasn 't going to give me my third tray back. I 'm very confused and upset that this happened with cookout. Changes need to happen.

Didn't think they could mess up fries, man was I wrong.

I decided to stop by this place today to get their walking tacos. The young man at the window was so friendly and polite. I didn't get his name. He had long golden rust colored hair in a ponytail and his customer service was spot on. Thanks
