What Tracy Miller doesn't like about Arby's:
It was ok. It seems that going within the first hour of them opening the food is never as good. I ALWAYS get the French dip, and the au jus is always better later in the day. It seemed very watery and light in color at this location. Staff was ok. We haven't eaten at this location in over 4 years, now I remember why. We placed a $24.00+ order at about 5pm.. there weren't any cars in the parking lot nor anyone in line before or after us. The person that took our order was flat in personality and took our money and gave us the drinks then proceeded to the cash register at counter inside. We didn't realize someone else was going to finish the transaction, that was rude maybe that's why our straws were missing, but usually they are in the bag with your food, that's how most fast food places do it. We should have pulled over and checked everything. Our fries were old and cold maybe left over from lunch! My bacon sandwich was horrible, the meat was in small cold strips and the lettuce and tomato was tasteless. My bun was mashed like you would do a grill cheese. Our drinks (doctor pepper)s were tasteless. As I stated we went thru the drive thru heading home 1 hour away thru heavy afternoon traffic so we definitely weren't going back to complain. I only hope whoever prepared this horrible meal and wasted our money will be more considerate and attentive when preparing meals for paying patrons. I hope this type service isn't intentional! We will not ever come back.

I sat in the drive thru for over 12 minutes. At the window they kept opening the window to give me food that was not mine.
