Excellent service, and while the food was overall satisfactory, the chow mein was problematic. It was made entirely with bean spouts instead of noodles, which was disappointing. What kurtis williams doesn't like about Fancy Chopsticks:
Terrible. I ordered chicken chow mein and sweet and sour pork. The chow mein was just bean sprouts with no noodles whatsoever and came as more of a soup. I ordered sweet and sour pork but received sweet and sour chicken balls. It was not good food or service. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 View all feedback.
This is some of the best Chinese food I've ever tasted. It's a hidden gem in Porters Lake.

The rice was quite dry, and the chow mein lacked any moisture and was also dry. The chicken balls were great, but the service left much to be desired. We ordered a combo meant for two, but there were no plates provided, and we had to ask for them.
The food was tasty, but we encountered several unexpected ingredients in our soups, which may have come from the cabbage. We called to inform them about it, but their response was not very reassuring.
We eat here all the time. Always good. We have never had cold food. We have birthdays here also.
