They always do a great job and are friendly.
I just picked up my chicken tender basket and, when I got home, I discovered that all the gravy had spilled out and covered everything. Thanks for disappointing me again, Porter Whataburger. This is the only location where I run into issues.
If you’re planning to use the drive-thru, make sure your gas tank is full. It was an absolutely disappointing experience.
I paid $47.54 for my order today! When I got our food, it was cold, and the fries were definitely not fresh! I was already on the freeway and had an appointment to get too, therefore, it was an inconvenience for me to go back for food that shouldn't have been cold to begin with! I come here a lot so I figured maybe they'll accommodate me or something. I spoke to the manager Laura and she stated she was going to check the cameras and call me back! Basically made me feel like a liar and a bum trying to get free food! She calls back and states that she checked the cameras and everything looked fresh, came out in time, and the food was hot! How would you know the food is hot? My family and I ate cold food, which I paid $50 for ! She basically said to screw off and there is nothing I can do for you! Thanks for taking my money. I guess I'm the fool here, great customer service! Go to Chick fila next time, where everything is my pleasure and I'll take care of it right away!
