We started with a pleasant experience, but soon badly turned, a regular customer complained about our waitress, who had handed over the menu to her and let her... read more We started with a pleasant experience, but soon badly turned, a regular customer complained about our waitress, who had handed over the menu to her and let her go to her regular section. the manager and the customer came into our section and pushed the waitress in front of the entire section and everyone could hear them, this was extremely annoying for me, as this is not how they treat a customer complaint. you put your hired back and have this discussion with her and her alone. I spoke to the manager who still spoke to her “regular customer” and told her that it was not meant to disturb all the meal times in our section because we all turned to her because they were loud and rude. I requested a discount and because I ordered a senior menu that could not be given. I will go on Monday and speak to the general manager; the worst part is that they sent the pregnant hired home. the manager is unprofessional and not a good leader of a team.

It took a long time for our group of five to be served at the bar. The bartender forgot one of our orders and didn't check to make sure all five drinks were included. The owner needs to retrain the staff and hire a new crew.

I ordered the cheese melt- came cold, as cold the melted cheese was now gummy and the cheese sauce was not on top. another person with me ordered a breakfast sample - the haash brews swimming in fat, the eggs were cold, the speck almost raw. never got refills or even a check back, except to cancel the check. the manager said they were two cooks. we have still tilted 20% because all server looked angry and we probably take the hit from customers. this is second bad experience at this place back to denny’s!

When we were given the menus, they were dirty, and the smell was quite overwhelming—it was reminiscent of old mop water or a musty dish rag. As a result, we decided not to dine here.
