We entered the restaurant and found no one available to greet us, so we waited at the front for about 20 minutes until someone finally came to seat us. When we were given the menus, they were dirty, and the smell was quite overwhelming—it was reminiscent of old mop water or a musty dish rag. As a result, we decided not to dine here.
The service was disappointing; my order was incorrect, and it took 15 minutes to receive my drink. The food also doesn't taste as good as it used to.
The food was good, Spanish is helpful if your to eat in this establishment. Menus are in English, but the servers have extremely heavy accents and it is hard for a non spanish speaking customer to communicate. Prices have also recently gone up.
It had been a while since I last dined at IHOP. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious.
Our waitress was awesome.She always is!! We have made a tradition of going there on Christmas morning and have been with her every time.! She is always amazing! She didn't even have to write anything down, and it was all CORRECT! Thats very impressive. I believe her name is Alicia.. She has always served us right, really respectful, very fast, and gives us just the right amount of attention. Thank you! You deserve a raise maam!
