This location is... read more I had to make a stop here at this restaurant. I've been missing Captain D's. While I can find them in Louisiana, there aren't as many in Texas. This location is right off the Porter exit on 59 north. We went through the drive-thru but decided to park and eat. Oh, how I miss this delicious food. Everything was hot, fresh, crunchy, and crispy. The food was all fresh and delicious. I remember 33 years ago in Louisiana, my sister and I would bring our kids here on Wednesday evenings for the kids eat free deal. It brought back heartwarming memories, and the food is still just as delicious. I would recommend trying them out. Today's meal gets a 10 from me.

I challenge you to give them a try and then try to tell me you don't absolutely love them. My family has been enjoying them for years.
