Alma Latina - Porter

We had lunch here yesterday for the first time before heading out to run errands. We were seated right away since there was not a wait. The staff was quick to greet us with delicious chips and salsa while our waitress took our drink order. My boyfriend and I ordered the molcajete which came with beef and chicken fajitas, shrimp and melted cheese in salsa. The molcajete came with rice and beans, guacamole and pico which were all fresh. Our son ordered the street tacos which also came with rice and beans. The food was delicious and service was great. I'm glad we arrived when we did because once we got our food, the place started to fill up QUICK. We will definitely be back!!

I'm new to the area and noticed the crowded parking lot so I decided to stop by. I ordered the street tacos and they were great. Good service. You may want to consider inside seating instead of the patio or else you'll be fighting with the flies.

Ordered two tortas online,I get a call one minute later from someone at Alma Latina stating that they can't customize the order with 2 different meats like the online menu states, and they can't do the 1 meat option that I wanted for a torta, only tacos. Bummer since it's on their website and I have done this before. I tell her thats the option online, she tells me that SOMEWHERE on the menu it says that there are only 4 mea (I guess I should have hired an investigator to read the whole menu for me since I didn't see what she's talking about) I proceed to correct my order over the phone and let her know to make both tortas beef fajita. I get home, 1 chicken and 1 fajita torta, beans on half a bread, and hardly any meat on them is what we got. Had to remove half the bread since tortas were more bread then anything else. Such a disappointment.

The food was amazing. I had the Christian Taco plate and the beef fajita meat I must say was amazing. So tender and seasoned to perfection!!! I give this one a 10 !!!!

This resto is legit! We came on a Saturday and first time in Cleveland, Texas. This place is jampacked, so it must be good. Indeed! Delicious is an understatement. What to order? I ordered the combination fajitas, beef, chicken and shrimp. Their beans are so creamy, mind you, i dont like beans and i ate it. It was that good. My husband ordered the tacos and my friend ordered some ceviche that looked really yummy. A little on the pricey side but good once in a while.
