After someone gives up an order, the young employees tie the telephone lines, pray their friend and their work. get them the order, get them off the line and run them their daily tasks, management will say that everything like I have no problems step on the podium View all feedback.
After placing an order, I noticed that some of the young employees tend to keep the phone lines tied up. Not everyone is your friend when you're working. It would be better to take the order and then move on to their daily tasks. Management seems to overlook this, but as a customer, I have no problem speaking up about it.
After a customer cancels their order, the young employees take care of the phone lines while supporting their friend and managing their tasks. They ensure the order is fulfilled and that other calls are handled efficiently. Despite the challenges, management insists that everything is running smoothly, as if they don’t encounter any issues.
